We were invited as consultants to help  investigate various envelope damages, evaluate their extent, and propose remedial solutions. 

 

We prepared detailed elevation drawings with mappings of visible moisture issues, faults in brick, decorative details, and in structural and roof clay tile damage. We also inspected the roof for possible moisture penetration.

The whole building was repointed and now stands bright and refreshed, visibly in contrast to its twin building to the left.
